Best available device for conf call.

I bought this device from Amazon Services in late October 2017 and am unable to determine how to return/replace it online with Amazon here in June 2018 when the device no longer seems to work consistently.

I just love this device!

I recommend you register your device and download the software, it provides you with device info like battery life and device firmware upgrade availability (highly recommend upgrading the firmware as soon as you get it, I mean why wouldn't you?)Its an excellent cost effective bundle.

All around, it's a great device that does everything it advertises to do, does them well, and looks good too!
