Music or GPS on your mobile phone will automatically play on the Jabra Tour when ...
Works great and excellent battery life between recharges
good lasting battery but poor audio quality for the other side, they hear but bad and intermittently.
A smallish footprint, long (smart) battery and standby life, intelligent power management, and enough volume that the TOUR can be easily heard with the windows open
It has a great battery life (lasting about 20 hours between recharging)
Pairs instantly when you get in the car and has a great battery life.
Works great and excellent battery life between recharges
Works great, as noted, phenomenal battery life, easy to use
Pairs instantly when you get in the car and has a great battery life.
It has been a life-saver here in Illinois where they are cracking down on cell phone use in the car.
The Jabra's volume controls are easy to use, though.- I'm concerned it might be a thief-magnet, unless I risk tearing up my visor by taking it on and off each time I
I'm sure that there are many worse bluetooth handsfree units than this one,
Bluetooth is always horrible to set up, but this was SO easy
Overall I would recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable Bluetooth for your car.
The big deciding factor for me:- Voice Command button that activates the phone's voice command featureI wanted to make outgoing calls when traveling, not just receive them, and while the price has jumped on hands-free devices since I bought my Jabra Tour a few weeks ago, it seems like this is still the least expensive bluetooth speakerphone that allows you to initiate your voice commands with a single button press
And yes I did trouble shoot the S7 bluetooth, with no change.
and I think that's a nice price for the quality of the product
and if you have it in an older vehicle that does not have a radio with built in blue tooth, it is your answer, and at a much cheaper price
Excelent item,if i get the some by a cheaper price i will get me another one
The Jabra's volume controls are easy to use, though.- I'm concerned it might be a thief-magnet, unless I risk tearing up my visor by taking it on and off each time I
It’s a very nice product at a reasonable price and it does what it is supposed to do quite well.
The TOUR is a good speakerphone that uses Jabra's voice recognition to interact with your phone, which must also have its own voice recognition capabilities
Excellent speakerphone -- not quite perfect, but close enough not to matter
This speakerphone was easy to set up straight out of the box
Excellent speakerphone -- not quite perfect, but close enough not to matter
This was almost the perfect handsfree car speakerphone.
I do recommend as it has a great volume level, can be easy to use when in range of a tower (or says not supported), and the list of controls are somewhat hard to understand or don't work
Not very heavily, but I still haven't charged it and it has been turned on in my car for about two months now in very cold weather.
n’t sound as good as a unit costing hundreds of dollars so if crystal clear stereo sound is important to you then you’ll have to spend the bucks to get OnStar or something like that
I'm in a cold weather environment (it can get bitterly cold in the winter months, sub zero many nights) and haven't had any issues with that yet
This thing works great, the battery lasts a long time (even in cold weather) and it is a great safety item since you can answer the phone and talk without touching anything.
This unit entirely blocks the mic regardless of the driver's background when the person on the line is speaking, easy way to cancel out the speaker, no feedback, echos, road noise, whatever
I do recommend as it has a great volume level, can be easy to use when in range of a tower (or says not supported), and the list of controls are somewhat hard to understand or don't work
very poor sound feedback and at times other person can't hear, echoes and disconnect from Bluetooth at times during conversation
some issues with people getting feedback and not hearing me clearly.wish this was a better device like some say it is
Feedback from others was it sounded worse than a wind tunnel.
I get some pretty funny text messages from him anyway using the VCD on his phone.
I do recommend as it has a great volume level, can be easy to use when in range of a tower (or says not supported), and the list of controls are somewhat hard to understand or don't work
Occasionally, but a bit too frequently, I pressed the voice command button and get a 'not supported' message
The transmission between the device and my phone is sometimes garbled which results in very odd text messages being sent
In a noisy environment people has been called do not hear good.
The Jabra's volume controls are easy to use, though.- I'm concerned it might be a thief-magnet, unless I risk tearing up my visor by taking it on and off each time I
I'm in a cold weather environment (it can get bitterly cold in the winter months, sub zero many nights) and haven't had any issues with that yet
I use the plantronics earpiece more, but the max volume on it, isn't loud enough in a crowded/noisy environment
These will hopefully create a much more safe driving environment.
I do recommend as it has a great volume level, can be easy to use when in range of a tower (or says not supported), and the list of controls are somewhat hard to understand or don't work
Picks up all the background noise and has no noise cancellation on it
If the other person is using a speakerphone with minimal background noise, there is no hope
The call quality is quite poor if there's ANY background noise
When i talk with her I can hear alot of background noise
It works but there is a lot of back ground noise and find that the person I'm talking to frequently ask for me speak up because they cannot always hear what I'm saying clearly.
Like talking t o a passenger.
The Jabra's volume controls are easy to use, though.- I'm concerned it might be a thief-magnet, unless I risk tearing up my visor by taking it on and off each time I
I have an Android HTC Amaze 4G, running on T-Mobile
works great in car talking and listening very good, although with windows open or air conditioner on high, people find it somewhat hard to hear the car person clearly with the back ground noise, buts that nothing new.
