I bought this because the reviews were so high, but when I try to install it in my HP ENVY 4520, it gives me an error message that the cartridge is bad

Currently I’ve only printed 4 color pages and 2 black/white pagesPrint quality - same as any HP OEM ink, no complaintsPrice - Assuming I get the same life out of these that you expect out of the HPXL cartridge, this is an excellent value approximately 1/2 the cost.
