  • Good quality.
  • Wonderful quality.
  • The A and D have a good reputation, but the C despite being chrome steel is also very rich and responsive once you figure out the right pressure and speed.

  • The only string that I couldn't get to sing was the G, the rest just required patience to figure out how get them to respond.

Reviews around string break (1.76 of 5)

  • Got the whole of set of string about a month,my son love it,sound good and clear, after 2 week playing the A string broken
  • Got on line and several people had the same string break
  • I admit that I am a novice, but I did take my time and was very careful mounting the new strings, however the D-string broke at the peg end where the cover ends and exposed string begins as it was being spooled onto the peg, not tightened onto the bridge...spooled onto the peg under minimal it any tension
  • Re-ordered the strings again and the A string broke again
  • The A and D have a good reputation, but the C despite being chrome steel is also very rich and responsive once you figure out the right pressure and speed.
