I own almost every JBL portable speak and, hands down this is my favorite
It hardly earns a 3-star rating until JBL can step up and correct the issues.
Also, multiple phones can connect at once (e.g. your friend is playing a crappy song you can use your phone to change it) plus you can connect multiple compatible JBL units in “party mode” and control them all from 1 phone

I did try to float it in a pool but it kept tipping over and facing speaker down in the water, it would be nice if they could work out the balance & buoyancy , overall a great product and worth every penny if you like listening to music.
