Not worth the price

I was scared about receiving the product in condition but thanks to Amazon, I found this amazing product at a great price.

I love the pulse 2 but I’m disappointed in this one that was sent to me.

Would definitely recommend the Pulse 2 or any JBL speaker.

I love this Pulse 2, i have an other black and connect with stereo sound

Both paired and played flawlessly but the Pulse 2 had continual issues - even after updating the firmware

It’s smells as if something was burning.

The lights are a cool feature and it's just the perfect Bluetooth speaker.

Another cool feature that stands out on this this speaker is that it is the most interactive of any of the speakers that I own

Best guess is the usb plug is of poor quality, and "wallows out" after even light use

The sound quality is unmatched by all my pervious speakers

Not sure why the lights don't really respond to the music, but they make a nice light show that is fun for parties.

It goes into crazy lights mode and stops playing music.

The lights make it ideal for entertaining and the sound quality it pretty awesome.

The only drawback is depending on the surface you put it on, and the bass in the song you're listening to, the speaker on the bottom will (at times) vibrate against the surface it's on making a clicking noise.

The battery lasts me a couple days before needing to recharge and the bass and volume of the speaker are pretty good (although the charge 3 is louder) just remember not to push down on the bass or pour water on it just to watch it splash because it does ruin the bass over time as I have noticed from my friend's JBL speaker.

I liked the product, but one of the outputs was rattling out of box, even at low volume

The product is a great idea and I enjoyed it very much when it worked (Which was too short to take advantage of all the features.)

This came wonderfully packaged and it's an all round great product

So of course I wrote to amazon and they refund me the product cost so zero problem with amazon

I love this speaker the bass quality and music quality is amazing the only thing I don't like about this device is that when you try to pair two of them together one of them cuts out and it just won't adjust

As a mother of young children, this thing has been instrumental (no pun intended) in enjoying life with my little ones

Each one I get, i press the button and the lights and buttons light up sporadically like the thing is having seizures and does this until i shut it down.

I heard bad things about JBL's customer service and then add to the fact I bought it from Amazon

The only bad thing of this item is the time from purchase to delivered

Bluetooth connection failure!I had tried a lot of bluetooth connections, but all the try had been failed

Less than a year old and the speaker continuously loses connection

I have tried different devices and they play for a song or two and then loose connection

The connection between cellphone and speaker is good, it supports within 20 meters connection with the Bluetooth

We use it for our field training as well as in the barracks to help us relax

I replaced my JBL Charge 2 with this after the charging port was damaged (it was a quality speaker that lasted through a couple years of travel and wear & tear, would place the blame on me for no longer working)

Sounds great, but I've only had it a little over two months and it won't charge completely; this is with little use and the charge port is not broken..very disappointed....

A secondary repair market has developed just to address the defective charging port problem.

I have now purchased two of these because after about a year the charging port becomes loose and you can't charge it

I cannot recommend this product unless you are looking for an expensive paperweight.
