It is an actual glass not like the plastic films which do not work well, this one is heavy duty

I dropped my phone on a rock a week ago and had a cheap plastic cover over the front

so I'm confused as to how this could've cracked so quickly.*update:

It cracked as I was putting it on my phone

I've had this JETech screen for several months and it has no cracks and works as if there were no screen protector

There are not any functionalities of my device that is not working; everything works as it should be
