I purchased this tripod with the intent of using it for both travel and macro photography with multiple Canon bodies, including the 1DX Mark II and 5D Mark IV.So far, the adjustable ball head has come in handy in getting creative shots and I appreciate not having to carry my larger, more traditional Manfrotto tripod

I take it everywhere with my camera, late delivery but awesome product
Only time will tell how durable this product is, particularly after reading feedback on the older model, however the 5K seems to be well-constructed

My set up isn't the heaviest out there, 80D w/ EF 85mm 1.8, but this tripod has supports it with no issue and feels as though i could take on a greater deal of weight
At the sale price of $50, this is a great deal

The price is steep, but if you find yourself in places it's hard to place a tripod, or you vlog, this is a need.
Price aside, I am very happy with my purchase and look forward to the GorillaPod becoming a mainstay in my camera bag for years to come.

Previous version of this thing almost ruined my camera
Only had the stand for a few weeks but so far so good!I bought this one because I have heard of other models falling over/not supporting DSLR cameras
