It's less bright than the metal mouthpieces, so the sound is good for classical playing, but like all of Jody Espina's mouthpieces this one can also take a lot of air without the tone going bad.
I found this mouthpiece to be pretty reed friendly.
That said, it's important to have a well-prepared reed as well, or you could end up blaming your mouthpiece when the reeds are the problem.

I am a student of sax and i found this mouthpiece very comfortable and the sound is great
An extremely funky sound is probably not possible, and this may not be bright enough to cut through an electrified group, but other than that, it will suit most uses.
