A piece was cracked which i'm sure they where aware of because a business card to repair any broken pieces was included

i contacted them again and they offered to send ANOTHER set of crossbars (at this point I had four unusable pieces of metal crossbars and didn't feel like getting anymore) and asked if they could just process a refund (or a lot of companies will just give you a code for an amazon "gift card" worth that amount to save the customer the hassle of buying a box, packing it up, driving to a ups store, etc

We just tried to use this for our sons first birthday and the top piece where the screws are broke

Great piece and was able to use it the way i wanted too

The top pieces are really tight fitting and seem a little harder to get together, but otherwise setup seems easy

It’s a great product but due to the missing pieces I give it a two star.

Sadly a main piece of this product was broken before I started setting up

But once we figured out which piece was wrong, it was pretty easy to put together.

Could not be used as a backdrop due to it missing two pieces or having two wrong pieces that did not go together

I have paid too much to have a broken main piece

The top connection piece broke and had to be taped together in order for it to stand properly just to get thru the photo shoot

Clips were broken/missing pieces after just 3 uses

And the horizontal pole for hanging the backdrop was missing a mechanical piece: There should have been two buttons that depress to assemble the two pieces and there was only one.
