I am a field tech who spends a lot of time in server and IT rooms that have a LOT of background noise from computers and AC systems that can make phone conversations for the recipient very hard, especially when it involves multiple people on call bridges

Once you move to a location that has more background noise, the ability for someone to hear you clearly while on a phone call is decreased to the point of only have a one sided call.

Calls don't work too well though--according to the person on the other line, the microphone is too sensitive and they hear too much background noise.

wish the battery life was better, but can't complain as that is a very common issue with these BT devices.
