In 2017, Just Dance returns with an updated playlist of 44 new songs including ones that my daughter loves (specifically Cheap Thrills and the Whip!)

You have to purchase a monthly membership to get the good music

Instead, you have to purchase a JD Unlimited music pass for $40 a year.

As a rhythm gamer, the music in this one is not as good as 2016

The new music is fun and appeals to a broad spectrum of users (kids as well as parents!)

In JD, it just slides in from the bottom right corner, and there doesn't seem to be any sort of line or clear indicator of when "now" is the right time to change moves

I had a great time shedding some sweat along with my wife with plenty of laughs and goofy moments along the way

Overall, I don't see how anyone could play this and not have a good time play

JD 2017 is a super fun party game and you will definitely have a great time playing it, especially with other people

Once we paid for the unlimited subscription, they play it a lot more (good active change of pace from Minecraft all the time), but I was disappointed by the small number of songs that came included.

Just Dance continues to push their "Just Dance Unlimited" package for $29 a year as an add-on which will give you access to the entire database of songs.

It's great fun and even though there are not that many songs and you need to pay for additional content the game is currently selling for less than $

I love this game and for a workout by myself (aka practicing for game night) or when a bunch of people are together playing it is always super fun.

My personal favorite is Dance Central, but they have not been updating / adding as much as Just Dance. if you love dancing to your favorite tunes, then this is the way to go for now

Fun for parties, for an in-home workout, or to learn a few moves with which to embarrass the kids in the grocery store.

I like it for the workout, my kids like it for the new dance moves

After a couple of weeks, the kids just complained about all of the songs they could see in the game, but couldn't unlock without paying.

There are so many fun songs, I really love that they have few Russian songs, and many kids song that both me and my kids enjoy

Just Dance 2017 is the 8th installment of the game in the Just dance series and having enjoyed Just Dance 2015 at a friends place, the latest release of the game stays true to its origins with over the top visuals and colors & a good choice of latest hit songs that makes playing the game tons of fun whether you are playing alone, with your partner or friends

My gf and I enjoy this game a lot and there are more advanced moves in this one

I don't like the song selection here as much as 2016, but its still a lot of fun

It wouldn't be so bad if the songs available through the game were all in one spot, but they are mixed up and it takes a while and a lot of disappointment to find a song that we don't have to pay for.

I didnt realize all the good songs require you to pay more

There doesn't seem to be any clear indication of how difficult a routine will be, so you can't warm up with easier songs and then play harder songs, or have a progression where as you master the beginner routine, you can move up to the standard, to the hard, etc

In my opinion this is just plain greed and price gouging (especially for accessing the songs on the previous games)
