A pain in the arse to move around (good thing) as it does stick to the carpet very well
For me, the most telling thing about this footrest is that in the few days I've been using it, I've not once had the urge to sit cross-legged in my chair (which makes my knees ache, so that's a good thing).
so it cause me to shift position which is a very good thing
