Also, the Kasa app had worked great for me before the camera
I just wish it either work or kasa can get me a better model that works
The two days worth of on line clips is enough for my needs (so far).I have several other TP-Link products I use with Alexa -- like other TP-Link products this works well with Alexa Show
It works, Kasa and TP-Link products work and the app is decent.
The audio is sometimes a little dicey but the 2 way audio works well

Also, I found out from their tech support that you cannot view these cameras from your desktop or tablet computers
So the camera itself gets 5 stars, less 2 stars because of the idiots in tech support and whoever wrote the instructions.29 Sep.
But the tech support people were fantastic, responsive and identified the problem very quickly
Called tech support, was so happy when I told them "it keeps blinking" and they said we'll send you a replacement (guess this happens often, for it to be so easy)
i reached out to tech support and they said that was normal - live viewing does not

Great features and outstanding picture quality both in the light and in the dark!
This camera has a great quality day and night picture, streams directly to my phone, no problem, app is easy to download and use
* sound is unusable but forced onto you: poor quality to the point of speech being unintelligible even in close proximity, sound recording cannot be turned off, no echo or feedback prevention
As much as the quality of the video is good, the camera is very problematic

I have tried 5 different cameras and I have sent all of them back because of picture quality, connection issues, shutting off issues, ability to save pictures/videos, ability to set multiple motion zones, etc
It has great picture clarity, and the Kasa app is really easy to use
Love it. awesome picture, easy to install, and great app interface.
Great camera, easy set up, great clear picture in both daylight and at night with its night vision.

Abysmal documentation and no customer service or technical support.
The absolute worst product and even worse customer service!
Due to the fact that this will be the 4th camera (assuming I get it) in less than 4 months, and the customer service is very much lacking, I can not recommend others to buy this camera

anyway, when removing the covers, I found that the feed on both camera's were without the annoying clicking noise
Does make a weird light clicking noise when we are watching it
Concerning audio, mine also had a pretty annoying clicking noise when watching the live feed
There’s loud noises that can only be heard while the camera is recording
