Product worked great until the piece that goes into the vent broke.

It was great, except that the metal frame inside the rubber grip (that fastens to the vent) broke through the rubber and started scratching the vent itself

I have heard other people complain about their car mounts breaking easily but this one is so simple that is doesn't seem like much can go wrong
