It can easily change orientation and attaches to a variety of vent sizes, but certain vents (like the Mercedes X-shape vents, which are thicker than other cars) require some trial and error to get a good fit.

Since it attaches to a vent, the car a/c keeps the phone cool on a hot day

My wife and I now have 2 Airframe+ car mounts which work fabulously

I also prefer it on the left side of the steering wheel and the reflection from the phone will show up on the window because of the angle; however, this works perfectly in my wife's car where her vents are more vertical than mine.
