The box was a bit beat up when it arrived and the back pieces were cracked a bit

First box came incomplete but the replacement came fast and they took the old away same day

The first box we received one of the seat backs was cracked all the way

The 3rd box had another 2 pieces missing (the back hole covers)

Came in large box ready to assemble which too about 30 minutes

The box was a little crumpled, as I anticipated based on the listing

Box was damaged and more importantly the love seat was damaged in 2 places

The second was missing the outside box.
