I wanted a small Keurig and was looking for the perfect color

Very disappointing!l

But the color is vibrant and the size makes it work beautifully in my small kitchen

My favorite part of mine is the vibrant blue color, it makes my kitchen counter so much more cheerful.

The color was nice, but that's the only good thing about it.

This is the cheapest price and definitely not worth the money, where you place your cup, only fits an 8 oz cup and the coffee is not hot enough

so this feels a little light weight in comparison, but at a better price it makes just as good a cup of coffee

I have purchased the little K cups that you fill with your own coffee and have enjoyed my favorite blends at a reasonable price this way also

When my first one went on the Fritz I bought this at Amazon for a good price

This is just the right size and the price was very compatible.

Works great, looks great, perfect size for my desk at work.

I get uneven sized cups of coffee each time I brew with it

just the right size for the individual my size is smaller, limited space, is great for people on the run and turns out perfect

Now it is to late to return/replace and we are stuck with a useless broken coffee maker

Makes a great cup of coffee but the need to constantly refill is a pain

The machine makes a consistent cup of coffee and has proved to be a good value.

I love the fact that I can have a hot cup of coffee in about 2 minutes!

This is the weakest, most watery cup of coffee I've ever tasted

I like the fact you can brew just one cup as opposed to a full pot, but the K-cups are expensive.

This one I have only had for three months and the coffee is now coming out only lukewarm.

just wish the water was hotter - coffee does not stay hot very long

Don't waste your money on this i baught as a gift for a friend and it worked for like a week then it just stopped working.

I paid good money for this, and only getting to use it a few times, obviously it was not worth it.

They offered to send us another one, but would not refund our money because it was not purchased directly through Kurig

This machine worked for one week only , then stopped functioning .

Return window is only 30 days and this machine stopped working after 2 months.

I really enjoyed this keurig machine but unfortunately stopped working within a month and a half and the return period of a month has expired

This coffee maker is incapable of discharging hot water constantly.

I paid almost $100 for it and it leaks water out of the bottom already.

I’m getting muddy water droplets at the bottom of the mug.

We do not have hard water so there should be no mineral build up.

Would not buy this again only last for about three months or 50 cups of coffee my friend had the same problem buy a cheaper model same coffee

This model works but there are glitches in it's operation

blue is fun and bright-- a black and silver model was simply too austere for me.5

On top of that, it's a very finicky model in that it will correctly make coffee if you incorrectly follow the exact steps to make a cup... too much water and it overflows, too little and it will ask for more... and don't even attempt to pour the water after you've put the pod in, you have to pour it prior!

I am the only coffee drinker in the house so this Keurig model was perfect for me sorry I didn't buy it sooner.

Unless I happened to get a fluke, I would not necessarily recommend this product.

I would not recommend this product and do not plan on purchasing another to replace it.

Not a good product while emptying the water it burned my arm would not recommend

Customer service is good but that doesnt help when when you dont have a good product.

After initially posting this Keurig reached out to me and made it good, after my experience with this specific model, twice, and after reading the many similar experiences here and though I appreciate the personal and prompt customer service that Keurig provided to me I still would not recommend purchasing this model.

I will never recommend purchasing this or similar units again.

Unless you want to buy a new one every few months, do not waste your money purchasing this.

It's a good quality product and is holding up quite well despite heavy use and infrequent cleaning.

It does not seem that this product is in many inventories, and makes me wonder if it is being discontinued because of poor quality

I've been through several Keurigs over the years, and feel like the quality is getting worse.

I called customer support, cleaned up as they told me worked for once

Returned it for the one I have now which stopped working last week

The first unit I purchased lasted about a week before it was unable to brew a cup of coffee and only dripped coffee during the audible brewing cycle before shutting

I got this item brand new, used only a week already clogged and stopped working

He said it worked for about 6 weeks before it started leaking, then quit altogether

I just clean it by running vinegar and water through it every few months

Sometimes they last a week - sometimes 3 months - but they all fail at much sooner than they should

However less than one month in and only about 15 uses, it clogged up and only because a family member told us it had happened to her, have I been able to get it working again

Broke in less than 3 months despite only limited and careful use.

Updated 2/21/18My initial review was rather harsh but after using for over a month, have bumped this up to 4 stars.

A little nervous because of the poor reviews about it not working after a couple of months, but so far it is awesome and the perfect size for college!

I will update this review if the unit fails in any way and if I do try the K-cup Pods.

Gave this as a gift in spite of the poor reviews and in 2 and 1/2 months it died

This system has a top tank, when ya our water, then a heating tank the water drains into when you load a cup, and an excess tray under the cup, where half the water goes for one reason or another

The nice lady at Keurig did recommend using a coarse coffee grind because fine grinds will clog the system

I have cleaned it multiple times, so clearly it is an issue with a faulty system

I wasted a lot of coffee making too much in regular pot

I don't know if I've just gotten devices from a bad lot but 2 of the exact same keurigs have had the same issue

This type of Keurig does not work reliably, and you are stuck with coffee pods and using a search engine to look up how to use them without a functioning Keurig

No lights, no power, completely useless.

No power at all to the machine won't even come on or light up or anyting it's just dead like a doornail
