I have a lot of great coffee makers (I swear by Bonavita and Aeropress) and nothing gets me set for my day like a nice cup, but the extra waste of these pods and the extra cost really had be biased against the pod brewers

She loves being able to brew 1 cup of coffee, teat, or hot chocolate
Plus, they have got chocolate k-pods that I will sneak once in awhile and they are delicious!!

All in all is a very good entry level Keurig for me that is perfect.
This is one of the quietest Keurig one cups I have owned
Pay more money for a better Keurig, or better yet.....buy Cuisinart.

after Keurig is known for quality and this is falling just a bit short of that in those couple of areas.as far as filling the water reservoir, one could get a pitcher and add water to it that way if you have trouble with removing it or putting it back into place.
