Well, know I know the difference between a genuine Keurig and a knock-off

I actually prefer this Keurig without the touchscreen because in my opinion it seemed to be more of a gimmick having used a friend

This is my 3rd Keurig and have loved all of them

Keurig is good about sending you another one

The plastic is ‘frail’, the drip plate should have had a stainless top so coffe stains can be removed, and , well Keurig is just not producing a quality product any longer

The coffee companies must love Keurig and all the people that like this stuff because they make more profit by giving you the least amount of coffee possible instead of Keurig just making the kcups bigger so you can custom make stronger richer brew flavor.

Keurig is not the best

(when it works at all)UPDATE: While all that stuff is still true, we called Keurig and they provided a replacement quickly and so far it is much better.

This is a nice Keurig HOWEVER it is SO incredibly slow

Keurig is really only good if you enjoy moderate regular coffee, one cup here and there, at random times

We've only had this item a few weeks, so I can't assess durability, but the other 2 Keurig machines we have are still working fine after several years, and they get used multiple times daily

The keurig works great and can keep up with my addiction

All in all is a very good entry level Keurig for me that is perfect.

This is by far the fastest Keurig I've owned in terms of the time it takes to heat up and make the 1st cup of coffee in the morning.

Sad to say my original Keurig stopped working

I pulled the plug on the faulty Keurig machine and that stopped the water pouring out.

Our 1st Keurig was beautiful and lasted for an estimated 6,500 K-cups

after Keurig is known for quality and this is falling just a bit short of that in those couple of areas.as far as filling the water reservoir, one could get a pitcher and add water to it that way if you have trouble with removing it or putting it back into place.
