I purchased in September and now completely broken with error messsages on not enough pressure, refer to maintenance book or call and still doesnt work and blew through expensive K-cups.
Unless you like a coffee maker who works about 50% of the time!
I love this coffee maker, it's beautiful, it works perfectly
Worked well for a few weeks but now the grounds jam up about every third time...a real pain AND a waste of expensive K cups
It's as quiet as my regular previous coffee maker ever was, and it's quick.
I like the stronger brew feature for when I want a stronger cup of coffee
Keurig, you have lots of fans out there, let's not get greedy putting expensive sensor features on your machines to try and keep your exclusivity, that's just being silly, it's just a coffee pot after all is said and done, not rocket tech!
Quiet, coffee tastes better, I like the feature 'strong'
Use it primarily for hot cocoa, but have brewed coffee and tea as well and the different sizes for cups is a great feature!
I agree with some reviewers that a water temp option would be a perfect feature since sometimes it's not quite as hot as I like it
Our older machine was failing and needed one that was smaller and a bit lighter weight.
Lastly, the machine is a bit noisy, but overall, I'm happy with it.
This is a good machine except for one major problem, the water tank
I’m a mechanical design engineer and I believe this machine has very few flaws in design, and has to be one of the best if not the best design out there
Other than that, this is a handy machine for making one cup hot drinks.

It works as it should but reservoir is smaller than you think, options better on bigger unit.
Have been grinding my own beans and using a good drip machine for quite awhile, but this does take time, especially in the mornings when one is not fully awake

If you try to use the same K-pod again, the needle will tear the filter paper, freeing the grounds to go back into the needle and/or the K-cup holder.
So I got a couple of the individual pods to fill with coffee, but that’s a hassle every night, and I still have to deal with knocking the grounds out for compost, which is seriously messy
While I generally stick to using reusable k cups with my fav ground coffee (pre-ground coffee generally works best with them, unless you have a bean grinder that can control the coarseness of the grind--you get the best cup if your grounds are not too fine), they love apple cider, hot chocolate and cappuccino with it
This product is great for making a quick cup of coffee and no messy coffee grounds
My cheap-o Black and Decker coffee pot has a timer on it and can make 5 smallish cups at a time.
the pump is still very noisy, I'm still actively searching online for a fix, but it appears everyone is saying this is "normal
