This machine is AMAZING

useless machine

Absolutely horrible machine since about two weeks after we started using it.

I give it two stars because it is a nice looking machine, and it does technically brew coffee.

The box was taped heavily and the machine inside was "LIKE NEW"

Doing that means we to have to pour in water through the lid and this new machine makes that very easy because it is hinged and stays open by itself

Contacted Keurig several times and been through the machine cleaning cycles with customer service.

We have tried every "trick" in the book including Vinegar and Water, the K-cups that Keuring sells to clean out their machines, used bottled water, ran probably 20 K-cups through the machine and it STILL TASTES LIKE PLASTIC.

So far this has been a great machine.

Keurig does honor their warranties without causing you to jump through hoops, but if you somehow harm your machine by trying to find ways to make other kcups work, you'll find yourself out of luck if you need to use that warranty.

The Vue is a far superior machine that never once jammed or left grinds in my coffee, but with the availability of Vue pods being slim to none, I purchased the K575 and regret the decision immensely

While this monster machine dose do an ok job it has a couple fail points due to completely random

The needles constantly jam and result in a mess of coffee grinds all over the machine and in your coffee, or the machine simply will not work until you clean it

It was, by far the best K-cup machine I've used, and my history dates back at least a dozen years with earlier Keurigs with 1-2 year life-expectancy, tops

The machine sounds like a tiny jet turbine engine spooling up when it's brewing.

This, our fourth Keurig, (actually the fifth because we returned our first K575 after a month) is just a bad machine.

Great machine if you like your coffee, hot chocolate, tea and/or hot water with a strong chemical taste and smell.

I am too lazy to wait for a tea kettle and my prior machine always made the tea taste slightly like coffee

The machine is great - now just make the pods a little more cost friendly, especially the carafe pods.

I now need to throw all my Decaf's in the trash because the machine is not smart enough to be backwards compatible and just do a standard brew when it's an old k-cup.

Either I'm pretty unlucky with two bad machines or this model sucks.

after using this machine for a while it's performance and it's quality is unmatched and makes a perfect cup of coffee every time I did buy it as an Amazon warehouse deal so the box was damaged but the machine was not .were very happy with this product the reserve is large enough to not continuously fill, I do recommend filtered water and or purified water due to calcium buildup that could form on the coils, but after having this machine for A few months I've replaced two filters and I've done one the scaling

Noisy as in anticipation another Keurig coffee maker will die an early death.

Maybe by the time I buy my next Keurig, they will increase the temperature again and ignore customers' complaints as I'm sure the majority of coffee drinkers prefer their coffee very hot - which is the proper way to serve it.

Received my new Keurig k575 today but it's missing the gray piece that Clips in on top of the water filter handle that says replace or install on it, the machine is also pumping real slow n doesn't fill up the cup all the way..
