I've tried performing the recommended needle maintenance, which works one or two times and then stops working altogether, leaving me with another worthless piece of Keurig junk.

There is a very flimsy piece of plastic that holds the needle that pierces the bottom of the K-cups.

Perhaps Keurig's business model doesn't involve actually selling working brewing machines, perhaps the whole point is redistributing industrial waste, because that's what this piece of garbage is, expensive waste.
