Programming was easy for this car after finding a car dealer to cut the key
Programming was easy, insert the original key and start the car, wait for all the cars instruments to settle down and run as normal about 1 minute, then shut off the car, immediately insert the new key and key fob, start the car and again allow the cars instrumentation to settle down, about a minute, and that's all, the key fob is programmed!

It is a better fob than the ones that came with the car, and a much better value than ordering from the local dealership.
The instructions to program the remote worked well on my 2012 Camaro, however I modified the key fob by removing the blank and adding one that I had that didn't have a fob and it works great.

The keys didn't work it shut down my 2012 Chevy cruze LTZ when I brought it to the dealer for programming
So i purchased my key fobs from amazon and had batteries plus program my keys for $35 they came to my house for a fee of $15 i saved so much money getting these keys and they work fine
they used my one good key to duplicate and they automatictly programmed themselves when I started the car
I would highly recommend these replacement keys to everyone.
The transponder code still works, so I can still use the key to start the car (and open the door), as long as the alarm never gets set
