Kingdom hearts is a truly amazing game and the price was great and it works amazingly

I would not recommend this game, even though it is a great price.

I love the Kingdom Hearts franchise and was excited that I was able to get this game brand new for such a good price since my first KH game was KH2.

This game is not nearly as difficult as many RPG's can be, but you will likely struggle at points

Loving the disney characters and a fanatic for the final fantasy series especially FF7

The main characters do have personality but they just lack the background development on who they are and where they are from to make them really good characters

I do not enjoy the characters, especially the protagonist Sora, and the cameos of all the disney characters is very out of place to me

The controls were good, the graphics were nice and tidy, and the music was SO good

Music (score 10/10): Whether or not you enjoy the music will depend almost entirely on whether or not you liked the original film scores for several Disney movies since a lot of the music for each area is based on those songs.

You are free to roam the any worlds of your favorite Disney characters (as well as meeting Final fantasy characters) and lock the worlds in almost any order you choose.

My 14-year-old daughter played this game for two hours, shuddered, groaned, erased the file from her memory card, put the disk away in its box with the air of a night nurse cleaning up after an unfortunate accident, and washed her hands up to the elbow.

scratched(that's fine) but this part caught me off guard this disk should be bought as a replacement disk only

I re-bought it because the old disk was too scratched to play

After Sora is attacked in the town by the Heartless he meets Donald and Goofy

Even if you don't like Sora or Kairi or Riku at first, they tend to grow on you

I just can't get over the gameplay and the poor camera design

The controls are pretty much you basic platformer and the camera is really great also

My only gripe with this game is the camera which is old style and doesn't really work all that well

This game also tries to throw in some platforming, but with the awkward jumping and the camera not letting you see below you while in mid-air, it doesn't really work

And on top of all that, you get some great bad guys.

It seems like your jumps are limited and fall short of where you are trying to get to

There were polygonal jumps, non-user-friendly camera angles, and the occasional glitch in Destiny Islands that allowed you to walk across the air

And when you do manage to make that nigh impossible jump, or manage to defeat the tough-as-nails boss, or locate the special treasures (like dalmations, missing pages, trininities, etc) and open up new areas of exploration, you really do feel a sense of accomplishment unlike a lot of other simpler rpgs, especially if done without a walkthrough or cheats

The x is now attack and the o button is now jump, but after you get used to it, the game is fun, challenging, intricate, and well developed

You end up in the same areas over and over again, with the same annoying music, and half the time it takes near-impossible jumps to get to items or to finish tasks

On Traverse Town Donald and Goofy look up to see a star going out.
