I believe it's 20 AWG, which means it's a little thicker than a larger number AWG rating (for example 24 AWG) but that it ought to pass a stronger signal over longer distances than larger AWG rated cables

I don't fully understand what the shielding and the oxygen free aspect of the cable does for the signal, but I have noticed that I don't get any static or noise whenever the cable is bundled on top of each other while plugged in.
