I contacted Klipsch and since I did not buy my speakers directly from them, they will not honor the warranty and basically told me to go F myself for buying their speakers

If you want extra bass, I would highly recommend you get a Klipsch dedicated bass unit that works with this system wirelessly.

This is likely caused from the cheap and flexible cones that Klipsch used in these speakers
