Love the connectivity options, I can switch between multiple sources of sound quickly and painlessly.

This is a very versatile "do it all" sound system, what intrigued me most at first is the option to use it with a TV, as my big TV's little speakers are merely adequate at best

When connected by wires, the mids are crisp and perfect

Using my iPhone Bluetooth doesn't sound as good as connecting it using a cable

Badly needs tone controls, more mid range and tweeters could be crisper, but good value for the $$

Overall, I think this is a great value for the $599 price.

The high end is perhaps as others have mentioned, a little strong at times, but I bought these and the Audioengine, and I kept these because they simply were bigger and more powerful, and just felt they were better value

I do believe I'd like a somewhat “warmer” bass from time to time (depending on the song), but I have no quarrel with the overall quality of the bass

FIVE STARS and this is coming from a guy who has had high end two channel systems for the last 25 years or so (at one point I had a $40k system, crazy)

The price point on the Bose is around $400 so it's not a cheap system (though it is designed primarily for audio from television) and this system is retailing for $800

The wood finish is impeccable and they are stunning looking.

Also, the finish to the top looked slightly off, like they didn't do a good job sanding before varnishing

They offer all one needs for a great two channel system, even vinyl, for under $800 and they are in no way cheap looking or sounding
