Not only are these headphones a great value but they have great sound for nearly any price.

Sometimes the metal hook presses into my ear and causes some dull pain, but that's easily fixed or avoided

My son had mentioned that he occasionally gets an intense pain near the ears from wearing them, and I found that strange because of the foam padding
I suddenly had an incredibly intense pain in the jaw area near both of my ears, which felt like it was going straight through my whole head; it was so bad my eyes watered
They do let in/out sound as they are padded and open air, but they are good for quieter environments and very comfortable
These headphones do not have any sort of insulation or noise cancellation, so they are not very good for noisy environments.

i keep these at a low-to-medium volume and the sound doesn't leak out but the surrounding environment sound does leak in, these are excellent for quiet environments since you can hear everything around you.
time and movement of any kind has weakened that connection.
If I get sound, I try not to move, because if I do I lose the connection

You'll plug them into your smartphone or whatever and carry them around, the plug will get little bits of torque put on it here and there, and over a few months the connection will become intermittent

You have to cram the headset and wires into it...and it felt like the wires would eventually break from the abuse
The wires are fragile and can handle only so much bending before they break and you loose sound in one ear
Incredibly thin wires supporting such a good pair of phones.
