This is a very good size, there is little to none static cling after grinding and it grinds the perfect amount of beans for the cups you want.

Bad for espresso: the grinds are all different sizes, it’s actually a lot less consistent than a blade grinder

Now when I try to grind “fine” it grinds regular size

In any event it is still infinitely better than a blade grinder which will deliver inconsistent grind size

It’s price today is $39.99 and given it is easy to use, grinds several fineness levels, is a burr grinder and is easy to clean that makes it a five rating in my mind

It also seems that the best way to use this grinder is to store your beans in it

This product wants to store beans in a clear hopper, grind only a few at a time, and store the result in its own clear plastic receptacle.

Other than that, it is a great product and is basically easy to use.

It can grind the coffee beans with ease and create enough grinds for up to ten cups as the other two cups taste a bit bland

We grind 8 cups at time, so wished the Hopper was bigger

or I can grind about 6 cups at a time and store the remaining beans in the machine

It generally makes a good cup of coffee even if it is inconsistent

I do think that the coffee tastes slightly different too using a metal burr as opposed to ceramic which seems to deliver a better mouthfeel

What they indicate for "pour over" is too fine and ends up with muddy tasting coffee

Every time I want to change the grind I have to empty it and take it apart...pain in my a$$.Jams a lot.

After every use you have to take everything apart and clean it in order for a proper brew the next time

And it's so fast that the sound doesn't have time enough to get to you

As others have mentioned this burr grinder creates so much static electricity that it creates a mess every time you use it

You still have the option of using ground coffee if needed and I will probably keep some on hand for when I want my coffee a little faster with less clean up time

is a little noisy (see video).- Brew completion chime is very low and not easy to hear unless in the same room as the coffee maker.- Grinder only has two levels - 1 for fine grind and 2 for coarse grind

When coarsely grinding for French press or cold brew it makes a lot of dust

The coffee that came out after being ground was irregular and not usable unless I passed it through multiple times and I had to use my old grinder to get an espresso grind.

Yes, I did have some static cling issues with all of my other grinders but none were as bad as this grinder, not even close
