Protective cases are nice but can leave the screen vulnerable

My last words on this phone: Very durable, Easy to use, Battery life is outstanding, call quality very good, buy a protective case and you will be happy.

It is about the size of an iPhone 5 in a sleek case

No freezing, no glitches, no spontaneous apps closing, no group texting nightmares, no constant worry about scratching up the screen or back, no bulky case or screen protector needed, and no other annoyances like the Samsung and Motorola had so many of.

Month later and days before my new case came, screen cracked

Outside scratched case scratched within a couple of weeks so I put in in a more durable case

Plus, you can't access the battery so even in a worst-case scenario all you can do is keep playing with it for twenty minutes or so until it decides to work again

Furthermore, the screen is slightly recessed, so if you were to drop the phone flat on its face, the case would take the shock and not the screen.

I dropped the phone 3 weeks ago and the screen cracked inside the protective case I just bought.

strong phone case great screen and firmware written by a complete idiot absolutely no way to change features no matter how flawed

Now I will purchase a protective case made specially for this phone

but overall this is a very good durable phone I probably would purchase another one but would spring for a really good case for it instead of putting all of my faith into reviews about it being indestructible, after all it's your money on the line

The case had a few scratches, but the phone was still in great physical shape

Frustrating as we would have been without a phone during that process.

Was going to buy one of these phones but they aren't as durable as they lead u to believe my father has been through 2 in less than a year both shattered screens
