I received the product was excited that the item was like it was described everything looked good but when i went to the Verizon Store the phone could not be activated because its showing thats its not compatible with Verizon Network but its a Verizon phone.

Was going to buy one of these phones but they aren't as durable as they lead u to believe my father has been through 2 in less than a year both shattered screens
