I bought this as a gift for my father, who likes to listen to music and books on tape while he falls asleep, which causes him to lose an Airpod here or there (or spend part of his day looking for them the next morning because they fell out of his ear once he falls asleep)

I bought this for my son who can't put the buds in his ear appropriately and always breaks the headphones

When you reach max volume (which isn’t too loud, which I like), the headphones emit a VERY LOUD AND SHRILL beep

BUT I don't like that there is an extremity loud beeping that alerts you that the volume has reached the loudest it will go.

The volume control is a little sketchy in that it doesn't turn up as loud as I would like, and makes a horrible beeping noise if you turn it up to maximum

The control box is easy to use and works well, but I don't like the loud annoying beeps when you hit max volume.
