Other than that it's a great product and you can't beat the price as they rival other products twice the price.
Very colorful, high output lights, run very cool to the touch, good price
They are not substantial but for simple uplighting or stationary wash they fit the bill at an affordable price.
Despite the cheap price, it came in nice simple packaging that made me think these people take decent care of putting together and presenting their products to their customers
The light is bright, focused (but not too much) and the colors are outstanding

The colors are bright and over saturated which is what I was looking for.
If you plan to use these for static colors, using the built-in fades/patterns or have pre-set chases on a DMX controller, then this would be a valuable light for your use.

It was well packaged and the product is well considering the price point
This testing laboratory approval is very important to me because I have heard that insurance companies may not pay claims if they determine that property damage was caused by a defective product that was not approved by a testing laboratory; I didn't want my church's insurance company to deny any claims because of a $30 LED stage light
I give it 4 stars, but don't get me wrong this product is great at this price point, it was 10 x better than chinese versions.

Not sure why an LED needs a fan unless it does get hot without
The fan is loud as heck but is easily removable through a few screws
I did not find it incredibly loud (about as loud as a small projector fan), but perhaps with several dozen lights it could be more noticeable in a small, quiet space

The only issue bus that the fan when initially plugged in goes crazy and makes a very loud bad noise
the fan is rubbing on the case causing this extremely loud fan buzzing noise
