I have several cast iron pans and all were purchased pre treated and they are all great.

To all those complaining about rust, you don’t wet a cast iron pan

I love it though but if you have difficulty picking up normal size cast iron pans, you may want to think about the size/weight of this.

But on a gas stove, I assume it will work the same as on a gas grill.
