Keeps losing connection with WiFi

Frequently (at least 20% of the time) loses connection with Alexa, although the Android app seems to work fairly well.

Wiring was straight forward but remember automation requires negative (white) connection to operate properly.

I find the switches to be solid with good wiring connections.

They will configure and work for less than a minute then they lose connection.

i omly wish i had read these reviews before purchasing this garbage ,as all the others said ,almost impossible to set up an account ,9 out of 10 links they send wont work on pc or phone ,it wont dimm below 30 percent,,it looses connection to wifi,it forgets your password and they lock your account ,the customer service is worst then the worst 3rd world country customer support ,avois at all cost ,leviton in these comments say they stand behind their product ,all i can say is quit standing around ,and fix the issues ,i will be returning this or throwing it in the garbage ,

The electrical connections were straight forward and the connection to my home network went well after I switched the installation procedure from an iPhone to an Androde device

This, compared to a competitor's product that I had purchased a few days prior and then promptly returned after realizing what a trainwreck it was--wasting over an hour unsuccessfully trying to set it up (due to widely documented and unresolved connection issues).

Once installed, connection to the app (which is great by the way) is super easy

If you don't when you turn the switch off you will lose your wi-fi connection since you will have cut power to the wi-fi transmitter/

The connection is just like all the other connections you make with Alexa through your smart phone
