LG 27GL83A-B 27 Inch Ultragear QHD IPS 1ms NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible Gaming Monitor, Black

    • This display is GORGEOUS
    • I also made sure to purchase a separate VESA-certified DisplayPort cable after seeing other reviews of users with display issues such as flickering
    • -Comes with display port cable and HDMI cable-extremely easy to setup-stock calibration is decent, only had to modify a few settings
    • , they dominate the mainstream displays
    • Amazing colors and overall display
    • This display is not that bright, if you are looking for a really bright monitor
    • It was a great LOOKING display; but I expect some Quality Control when I'm buying a $2k monitor and not to have a cheap fan buzzing in my face.
    • The display that I got came with no issues, no dead pixels, and the backlight bleed does not bother me much if at all during normal use
    • It came with a display port cable suitable of driving 1440p at 144hz, although it is a bit short
    • The 'fast' overdrive preset - where you're going to keep this monitor - is phenomenally fast and responsive (one of the fastest IPS displays without ghosting), even at 60Hz
    • It’s a gorgeous display
    • Over the course of a week the clicking got louder and louder and the display developed a flicker (as though you were looking at a recording of an old CRT) whenever it reached operating temp
    • so the display looks crisp and clean, and its got a 144hz refresh rate, so its buttery smooth if you can run games at that FPS, and the IPS display produces very nice colors.
    • The display powers on fairly quickly, and doesn't annoy you with a manufacturers splash screen.
    • For the price I can’t think of a better display.
    • For the price, definitely a fantastic display.
    • Standard/true HDR is 1000 nit, where this monitor produces 350 (You can still see the difference though)• Display Port cable is cheap, DO NOT USE
    • The display is fantastic, though you will most likely have backlight bleed in all four corners and some IPS glow
    • It will just be a matter of time before they dominate gaming displays.
    • ’s own dedicated button as well as display inputs being their own dedicated buttons
    • I would easily recommend this monitor to anyone that wants a very sharp display that is not in your face gaudy with excessive RGB or "gamer" aesthetics
    • This display is perfect for my desk, it's wide and bright and allows me utilize split screen very comfortably
    • The monitor overall is a fantastic display and I personally really love the high refresh rate for gaming while having good color reproduction, and decent blacks in comparison to TN panels
    • FastBrightness: 23-33 in the Day / 10-20 at NightContrast: 68PC build ( I appreciate my PC much more after using it with this monitor, I see why Apple is so big on having the best displays for their devices):i7-9700KHYPERX 32GB 3600MHz RAMZ390 Maximus Hero XISTRIX
    • Very easy assembly, bright display and good colors
    • You can fix this by doing anything that causes the display to reset like changing your input back and forth.
    • The screen is ehhh, even though it does have a solid high response customizable display, the screen tears like no other even just on my ps4, I returned this item and went with something a bit more suited for gamers with high gpu demands
    • Overall a fantastic display
    • The only problem with it being the possibility of a faulty display.
    • Win!I like the
    • ultra).Cons:1)the blacks are a bit weak on this screen, but not something that annoying as i sit at a well
    • I use it for both gaming (Xbox One S) and work
    • but it is possibly not as bad as
    • Tl;dr: fantastic monitor monitor for colorful content, fps games, and photo editing but not for dark content like stealth games or dark (as in color not content) movies
    • I noticed this all the more on the monitor I’ve been using from work during the pandemic, as we work from home part of the time
    • the monitor is great, it works as it said it would with one problem
    • , I watched Skyfall (2012) on this monitor and in some parts of climax scenes in Bonds family home the orange glow was present enough to be distracting, also the Black Crush effect causes sections of the screen be so dark as to make some details hard to see
