Fix the bugs before releasing a phone, Verizon!This one has such promise, too, as a nice basic touch phone
I have found that since the phone has a sensitive touch screen, I was accidentally hanging up on people
as the typical end call button on the phone itself, I have found that multiple times as I am talking with someone, my cheek grazes the button on the touch screen enough to end the call as I am still speaking with someone

The camera is of course not as great as a smartphone, nor compatible unless you buy a micro disk for purposes of transferring data, which becomes complicated.
This is the most potent of Verizon's "basic" phone offerings, which isn't saying much because the company seems committed to lethargic handsets as a way to keep costs down or drive subscribers to lucrative smartphone contracts
This phone has worked perfectly well for me while I await a hand~me~down smartphone;

It gets fine cell reception and I can hear and talk with people on the line just fine (although when the speaker phone is on it is kind of hard to hear people talk)
love my simple cell with Querty

I believe this defeats the point of even having the feature and leads you to checking the text messages window most often, which is much slower to access, and requires hitting more buttons to go in and out of the individual conversations
Upgraded from Cosmos phone and the features on this phone are amazing.
It probably has the most features available on a basic phone, most importantly it takes calls and can text.
Most annoying feature is that I pocket dial/text/set alarms and events all the time.

When you are trying to get into your voicemail and you are waiting for the prompt to put your password in, the screen goes dark.
The screen is so sensitive she hangs up on everyone she speaks too.
is dragging the screen to unlock it--sometimes now I have to do THAT two or three times.
