: Phone says it accepts multimedia messages, but after 1 hour of troubleshooting with AT&T tech support, it apparently doesn't work
There aren't many usable features on this phone, but I'm assuming if you're looking at this phone to begin with, you're not necessarily looking for a smartphone anyway
This one has more colorful graphics and a few more features than the previous ones, but doesn't allow me to install my own ringtones (from ZEDGE) as my previous phone did
The settings don't appear until you touch the screen, and then the "slide" is quite small and too close to the other buttons on the touch screen, leading it to close instead of slide.
I also prefer the slide out keyboard of the Pantech Crossover.
This is a good slide-out-keyboard and basic-touch-screen phone

because the touch screen doesn't work you can't call or text because you need to touch the screen
At least 1/3 of the calls I made get dropped due to my phone hitting the hang up on the touch screen, even when the phone is LOCKED and the touch screen is not supposed to work
The sound is rather muddy but is improved if you change the setting from "stereo".The touch screen is very sensitive yet it is more difficult than average to use the touch screen to end a call
about 2 months into owning this thing the touch screen started failing, if the screen registers a tap at all (odds of that are around 1 in 5 when it feels like it)
My only complaint is that the touch screen is too sensitive and you might accidently end the call during one
