because the touch screen doesn't work you can't call or text because you need to touch the screen

about 2 months into owning this thing the touch screen started failing, if the screen registers a tap at all (odds of that are around 1 in 5 when it feels like it)

At least 1/3 of the calls I made get dropped due to my phone hitting the hang up on the touch screen, even when the phone is LOCKED and the touch screen is not supposed to work

The sound is rather muddy but is improved if you change the setting from "stereo".The touch screen is very sensitive yet it is more difficult than average to use the touch screen to end a call

A great non smart phone with a good camera, touch screen, easy to use as well.

My only complaint is that the touch screen is too sensitive and you might accidently end the call during one

: Phone says it accepts multimedia messages, but after 1 hour of troubleshooting with AT&T tech support, it apparently doesn't work
