Good idea product, but application has a ton of bugs, printer is not stable, product support is bad (all education videos are not related to the newest features)

First of all let me say that the picture quality is not as good as a normal print, but that is to be said about Zink in general

The resolution of the prints isn't as nearly as good as the old 35mm (2x3 ratio) prints from the local drugstore, but I think that's the nature of zink printers today

One problem I found with Bluetooth pairing is that the devices didn’t always connect, and shouldn’t it be done automatically now instead of having to tell things what to do?There’s an available ‘hyperphoto’ option, where you take a still from a video, send it to someone and if they have the Life Print app, can point their phone at the picture and watch it come to life

The output quality of the image was clear and colorful (plus nice options for customizing the photo), and the audio/video quality was excellent.

The app was easy to find in the app store and super simple to navigate and work with - I immediately got lost in deciding what to print first

After a few uses, I did find myself a bit bummed on the quality of the prints, as photos were often dark and had very faint lines across the photos

The photo printed out just like an old Polaroid, and I put it on my fridge

When we got back she already had a completed scrapbook with pictures and "live pictures" to show everyone!I also have to say that on the 1 occasion one of my printers (I have both sizes) gave me issues, the Lifeprint customer service is AMAZING
