The case arrived on time and was good a fit for my I-phone

I like the fit of the case very thin and actually makes the phone feel lighter than other thin cases

I give this case 3 stars because of these 2 design flaws, and take 1 star away because of the ridiculous price compared to other cases found on Amazon which are better cases for the money.

I really don’t feel it’s worth the price, way more scratches and dings than the otter box had on it & cost twice as much

Not as durable as the price reflects...the rubber on the outside tends to chip and cut easily

I wish the price were more reasonable for what it is, and the screen protection was thicker and optically clear.

I've had many lifeproof fre cases on previous iphones (5, 5S, 6) and this one is a solid product

When I saw the price I thought I was getting a deal, not a faulty product

Good product.. just need to upgrade the plastic over the logo and camera

But it’s very hard for me to recommend a product that has so many compromises for a premium price tag

I had this case for a little over a month, and when I dropped it, it completely shattered my phone

Lifeproof has always been reliable for supplying durable cases

LifeProof apparently solved the earpiece sound issue by creating a sound chamber and routing the sound out of the earpiece area and up to the top of the case where there is a sound port pin hole

I like the reliability of this product, when it comes to being waterproof and shockproof, but after about a month of usage; my iPhone X was unable to use facial recognition

Sometimes my iPhone X, Inside the case, becomes unresponsive to the touch when a phone call comes in

I have always loved Lifeproof cases, I haven't had an iPhone without one

Now I’ve had the case for less than a month and the rubber around the switch to turn my iPhone from ringer to vibrate has split rendering the case no longer “lifeproof”

Love how nicely this protects my new iPhone X and love the color too.

Not worth the protection to me if the user experience is this bad.

Case offers adequate drop protection, but allows dust and debris in through the charging port.

There is always a trade off with cases, you give up some comforts or expect some disadvantages to get some protection.

It blurs the quality of your phone, and it scratches very easily

The case collects grease and catches light weird around the lens area making it impossible to take clear pictures, and also makes a weird scratching sound in audio during videos

The sound is really bad with the case and the pictures look blurry.

However, over time the plastic part over the camera lens makes you camera not take the best pictures and they are always blurry.

The dust resistance is questionable as I have noticed dust building on the inside of my screen recently

The screen has been protected really well but the dust resistance is lacking

The lock button is very touchy and the volume is very stiff, hard to take screen shots, I wish the lock button was as stiff as the volume buttons

The sound quality is okay unless the volume is too loud, in which case you get the crackling noise (but thats not a big deal to me)

Volume and other buttons on my iPhone were hard to use at best
