Assembly was easy and I was able to do it without another person
Relatively easy assembly as long as you follow the instructions.
The speakers are decent, the power cord could be another foot or two longer, the heart rate sensors don't really work, the folding mechanism works as advertised, assembly isn't too bad.
Assembly was easy, just make sure that all bolts are really tight
Assembly: Setting up the treadmill was not difficult
It doesn't have any crazy features or anything (which is the way I wanted it, nice and simple) so hopefully that means that the electronics will be fairly reliable
Super easy to fold up if needed - the hydraulic arm is a nice feature
I also love the i-pod hookup, that is another nice bonus!I also LOVE the pause feature
The features on this treadmill are easy to use and I love being able to set my kindle fire on the rack and watch TV/Movies while running
An unexpected positive feature of the treadmill is its built-in USB port.
I would recommend this product if you are looking for a home gym with a real gym quality.
This product broke within a year of purchase, with limited use, and then again a couple of times in the following years.
I slowed it back down to 3.2 after I was jogging for 12 minutes and that was when I truly realized what a great product this was.5
I always think those "expert installers" are the same ones that assembled the run down and broken c*&^% that you see on display at the onsite stores with pieces hanging off.
Simple in design and function, coupled with a very quiet motor and great feel belt equates into a very nice product

We haven't had a chance to actually give it a good test run.
After running for a minute, I can get a small shock by touching any of the metal parts.
I enjoy walking while working, and also getting a good run in here and there
I have actually went from steady running to interval training and I enjoy it more
The built-in speakers are lackluster and the line-out jack introduces a loud hissing noise.
Now the positive, Item seems really well built and runs very quietly.
Similarly, I've ended up using it in manual mode most of the time - the built-in programs just were not well thought out and not worth trying to figure out
Its sturdy, well built and quite compared to others we've owned
We are getting static build-up which is from the friction between the belt and our shoes.
I abuse the heck out of this machine and it still runs as good as when I got it.
I haven't used the treadmill much yet because it is a foul-weather
If I get a few years out if it, I'll have gotten more than my money's worth, and I don't even have to comb my hair to go out to the gym when the weather is bad.-----------After a couple of months of using this, the plastic housing around the belt began to rattle a bit.
/wk wanted something to start training on while the weather is still crappy (I'm in Michigan
I prefer running outside but, this is very convenient, especially with bad weather.
There are redundant controls for speed and lift on the side rails as well
I explained the issue, and without hesitation, the rep told me he would be sending a tech out to my house, as well as send a new motor and belt to my house free of charge.

I have had to put some foam in between where the hood and the side rail meet on the left side of the treadmill because of rather annoying creaking with every step without the foam.
The owners manual lacks some details, but the customer service is excellent and provides all the missing information
It's like smart phone small and doesn't provide you with, what I consider, critical information: pace (minutes/mile), total elevation climbed, etc.- It only comes with 1 membership for the health partner account
I abuse the heck out of this machine and it still runs as good as when I got it.
The display screen is small and lacks basic information that I feel is fairly standard on most other treadmills.

Not to mention the cheap plastic covering the handles likes to creak a lot when you grab onto them giving it a very lackluster feel.

Easy setup, may not work out of box, EXCELLENT customer service (thus far), and a very quality unit as far as my running needs.
It arrived exactly on time and was well packaged (crate and boxes were a challenge to dispose)
Not hard to assemble but took a while to figure out as it is all in the box and hard to move in general
The delivery guys told me that I should take it apart and move it piece by piece, but after almost ruining the box getting it open I saw that nothing comes off
(The box was very dirty from being in a warehouse and on the delivery truck.
I've knocked off 8 pounds doing 20 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
Throwing my hands up, now to get this worthless 240 pound piece of metal out of my house
I quit smoking 9 years ago and gained 60 pounds and never could get rid of them!I'll be back at least one more time to toss in a longer term comment about the unit
I have lost 18 pounds in three months since purchasing it.
I'm kind of hoping I actually lose a pound or two in the mean time.
I called customer service because 2 little screws were missing and 1 of the main bolts wouldn't fit in the column.
Assembly took some effort, those little black screws were difficult to work with.
Just make sure to look at the pieces and notice the screws are there before spending 5 minutes searching for the "missing" screws
Third-as mentioned before, the bad screws on the back plate of the console and the somewhat thin feeling hollow sounding deck, plus the heart rate monitor that doesn't work.
All other pieces I have to note, to be fair, fit perfectly and easily for me, so, actually it was doubly surprising that those last screws gave me trouble since all other pieces fit so well.
The built-in speakers are lackluster and the line-out jack introduces a loud hissing noise.
you may think the noise it generates at 6mph is too loud
It started making a squeaking noise about 2 weeks into using it.
With more than a year, now motor started shaking, the noise is loud, conveyor belt became not smooth, have a clear sense of the pulse, the vibrating of the rules of frequency, by using silicone oil lubrication, the question remains, we suspect that the motor, or a drive shaft Chen internal steel ball broke
