I strongly recommend reconsidering purchasing any product from this company if they can't even drill a simple hole the right size.

One minor complaint is that the built in audio interface and speakers aren't great (well, the speakers are just plain bad -- not much amplifying power, and when you turn them up high, the quality suffers and it also makes me wonder if they are going to give out at some point), but that's a minor annoyance in an otherwise great product.
