The Price was good, the reviews were great across the board, not just here on Amazon

We purchased this treadmill from Amazon based purely on the many positive reviews.

The independent reviews were excellent

It had by far the largest percentage of good reviews, and a really good warranty

This one got good reviews.

Second, the top ranked review at this moment is complaining about the durability of the motor housing.

I spent a lot of time reviewing treadmills and ended up buying this one due to the price and the overwhelmingly positive reviews.

After careful research I decided on this treadmill based upon the positive reviews.

It was unnecessarily a difficult process; I even got a online CR subscription to try to figure out fake reviews from good ones, and found out that CR isn't quite what it used to be 20 years ago.

After looking at the many helpful reviews of this product, I decided I would go for it as this was a price point I was comfortable with

200 PoundsThe Proform had a longer belt length and more horsepower, however, the Lifespan has better customer service, often considered a "better brand", and had stronger reviews.

This makes for a great review as I love a company that wants the client to love them as much as the product.

Hence, I can trust the earlier reviews that note the problems with fittings, is possible, but for me at least, I didn't experience any of the big issues they reported(maybe they fixed the big issues in the generation I received), but

Being that it did not have one single negative review on Amazon, helped to seal the deal for me as I know that the people giving these reviews are the ones actually using it and not just some so-called "expert" giving their opinion, but not really using it
