On our gig yesterday (20/04/2014), upon connecting the Midi Mobilizer II to my iPhone 4 reported "This device is not compatible with this phone" and that was that

But when you install the memo app and plug in the Mobilizer on a 4s, the phone still says it needs a Mobilizer connected to work, and it comes up with a message that this device isn't compatible.

I've used free apps to send specific notes to change settings on synths too, but primarily I use it for MIDI sync and Start/Stop messages.
