Getting runaround and they keep telling me they can send me "patches" when an entire seam is unraveled.

It is a soft material like nylon (I think...) and seams are sturdy

The only issue is a seam came apart on the slide - about 8 inches.

I know kids will love it if it works as well as it appears.

We've had it for a week and they still play with it as excitedly as they did the first day.

don't really know how well it will work as it is a Christmas gift

It's great when kids are bored as they'll play with this for hours
