My son will hold onto them with all his weight and walk up the slide (not on the stairs but on the actual slide) and the hand rails have stayed in place with no problem

It's a sturdy slide and easy to assemble except the top hand rails will not stay clicked in

Taking that into consideration I really focused on trying to get the hand rails in right

There have been several complaints about the hand rails falling off

The hand rails don't stay on and actually make it more dangerous.

The only issue I had with the slide is that it comes with two blue "hand rail" pieces that are supposed to click into the top

The blue hand rail grips would pop off as she was climbing and cause her to lose her balance, we couldn't get them to stay

Got mine and it wouldn't clip in and the hand rails wouldn't stay in

It was missing the 2 hand rails and it didn't even come with instruction manual on how to assemble or who to contact for missing accessories/parts
