The only slight con is the sticky ring left a little bit of residue on the back of my watch that I had to take off.

The installation instructions were clear and simple to follow, though my package didn't include a sticky foam ring as described in the video, but instead had a square piece of rubber-like material with a hole in the center and no adhesive on either side.
