Nice converter device, but there's no button to open the eruopean plug from the back

They brought with them a huge cumbersome charger that wouldn't even power my flat iron for my hair

So I am afraid I cannot recommend this product as a universal charger.

This is a well designed handy little plug adapter for any country and it has 2 USB charging ports (which is all we mostly use anymore).

The only complaint I have was the flimsy European plug, wish there was a way to lock it in place as most of the time the main brick itself collapses on its own causing anything plugged into to not charge.
